Francesco Totti has criticised one aspect of Lamine Yamal's game as he made his feelings clear on the Ballon d'Or.
Yamal enjoyed a breakthrough campaign at Barcelona last season, scoring seven goals in 50 appearances across all competitions.
The 17-year-old enhanced his reputation when he starred at Euro 2024, where he won the Young Player of the Tournament award after helping Spain to glory.

This season, Yamal has already surpassed his goal tally from the 2023/24 campaign, having bagged 11 goals in 35 matches.
The Catalan giants are fighting on three fronts this season as Yamal has spearheaded his side's pursuit for silverware.
But Totti has questioned his goal-scoring exploits, claiming the teenage sensation's form has 'dropped a bit'.

Speaking on the Viva la Futbol podcast, he said: "He still scores few goals. He is very strong, he flew at the Euros... He seemed to be flying, then he dropped a bit, he is very good, but he still scores few goals."
Despite Totti's comments, Yamal is among the candidates to win the 2025 Ballon d'Or, with Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Real Madrid duo Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr. also in the running.

Even though the Italian World Cup winner enjoyed a legendary career, Totti never got his hands on the prestigious Ballon d'Or.

But Totti insists he doesn't need the individual prize, claiming he has no regrets about how his career panned out.
"I don't need the Ballon d'Or," he added. "I won everything with Roma. I don't regret anything. For me, staying with a team for 25 years was a great victory."
Rome-born Totti played a staggering 786 games for AS Roma, scoring 307 goals during his illustrious 25-year spell.
He won the Serie A title in the 2000/01 season and two Coppa Italia titles with his boyhood club.
