United States player Carson Pickett, who was born with a limb difference, will feature in the upcoming EA Sports FC video game.
The much anticipated EA Sports FC 24 is the first football video game made by EA Sports in over 30 years to not carry the FIFA branding.
Ahead of the official release on 29 September, it has been revealed that Pickett, who was born without a left hand and forearm, will be included in the game.
She previously featured in FIFA 23 but it's been confirmed that Pickett, for obvious reasons, cannot go in goal or take throw-ins.

On her international debut in a friendly match against Columbia at the Rio Tinto Stadium, Pickett played the whole 90 minutes on the left side of the defence as her side came out 2-0 winners.
Back then, manager Vlatko Andonovski said: “Carson did very well in training for us in last week and with the management of minutes for Emily Fox that we had, we felt like Carson would be a good replacement, and I'm happy that she was able to perform well for 90 minutes.”

Pickett started her senior career playing for Seattle Reign FC before being loaned to Australian outfit Brisbane Roar, where she scored six goals in 37 appearances. She then moved to Orlando Pride and spent another loan spell away, this time at Apollon Ladies.
Having joined North Carolina Courage in February 2021, she made 43 appearances for the club.
On the international stage, Pickett has made a total of two appearances for the United States.
