Chelsea reportedly have a manager they want to replace Mauricio Pochettino with immediately.
Former Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint Germain boss Pochettino was appointed as Blues manager ahead of the 23/24 season.
Despite spending big money on the likes of Moises Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson and Cole Palmer, Chelsea have been performing way below par.

According to Sport Zone, Chelsea would like to appoint Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso immediately.
It has been claimed that Chelsea’s co-owner Behdad Eghbali has been impressed by the work Alonso has done with the German club, who are currently unbeaten and top of the Bundesliga, two points ahead of Bayern Munich.
Despite that, Chelsea could face tough competition from fellow Premier League side Liverpool for Alonso’s signature.
With Reds boss Jurgen Klopp set to depart at the end of the 23/24 season, Liverpool are currently on the hunt for a replacement.

Having played for Liverpool and built up a great relationship with the fans, Alonso is many people’s choice to take over when Klopp departs.
In addition, Bayern could also enter the race for the Spaniard as Thomas Tuchel is also under a little bit of pressure as the Bavarian club look to win their 11th Bundesliga title on the bounce.
Speaking about his future last month, Alonso said: “To be honest I am not in this moment thinking about the next step. I am thinking about where I am right now and I think I am in a great place which I enjoy.
