Enzo Fernandez is on the radar of two Champions League giants after falling out of favour with new boss Enzo Maresca.
Chelsea have enjoyed a positive start to the season under Maresca, and sit ahead of Arsenal in fourth after ten Premier League games.
Despite this, it hasn't been a particularly great start to the season for Fernandez who has seen himself dropped from Chelsea's starting eleven.

In recent weeks Maresca has opted for a midfield pivot of Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia and the results that followed mean Maresca will be in no mind to change his midfield.
Chelsea have only lost at Anfield since dropping Fernandez, and have looked much more structured in the middle of the park without the World Cup winner.
Fernandez joined Chelsea from Benfica in January 2023 for a British record £107 million following his impressive performances at the 2022 World Cup where he was crowned Young Player of the Tournament.

With Fernandez now seemingly out of Chelsea's first choice eleven, according to The Sun, the situation has caught the attention of two European giants.
The report claims that Inter Milan and Barcelona are now keeping tabs on the midfielder, although Fernandez is determined to fight for his place and bet back into the side.
Maresca appeared to address the situation surrounding Fernandez ahead of their 1-1 draw with United on Sunday and insisted he won't be pressured by a player's price tag.
"They are human beings and if you pay £100m that is not my problem. You want to buy me then you pay that money," he told reporters.

"That does not mean that in every game you have to be the best. At the end of the day they are football players and they cannot always be at the top level."
Fernandez was involved in a scandal over the summer after he appeared to be singing along to racist lyrics during Argentina's Copa America celebrations.
The midfielder has since apologised for his actions after being called out by teammate Wesley Fofana.
