Chelsea have been left furious after VAR awarded Manchester City a penalty despite Erling Haaland appearing to foul Marc Cucurella in the 18-yard-box.
Chelsea's Premier League clash against the league leaders got off to the worst possible start at Stamford Bridge, after Anthony Taylor pointed to the penalty spot after just 22 minutes of action.
There was some initial confusion over what the penalty was actually for, before VAR were called upon to take a look at an incident between Haaland and Cucurella.

It was deemed that the Chelsea defender was pulling the Norwegian back, and Haaland took full advantage from the spot.
However, fans reckon it was the other way around, believing it was actually Haaland who fouled Cucurella.

Speaking on commentary, Jamie Carragher said: "This is not right. This is not the right decision."
While one fan tweeted: "Haaland clearly fouls Cucurella first, what is this??"
Another chimed in: "Haaland has much of Cucurella there as Cucurella has of him."
Chelsea got their revenge shortly after as Thiago Silva leapt highest from the corner to head past Ederson and level the scores in west London.

Raheem Sterling then put Chelsea in front after a swift counter-attacking move.
