Former Chelsea star Thiago Silva's wife, Isabelle da Silva, once gave fans a taste of what footballers spend on a meal out.
Back in January 2024, Silva was in action as Chelsea beat Championship side Preston North End 4-0 in the third round of the FA Cup.
The likes of Armando Broja, Raheem Sterling and Enzo Fernandez were on the scoresheet alongside Silva for a Chelsea side led by then-manager Mauricio Pochettino.
After the match, taking to social media, Silva's wife, Isabelle, shared a picture of the bill from their meal out.

Accompanying the picture of the bill, the caption read: “A simple family dinner.”
Silva and his family were dining at the upscale Novikov restaurant in London and racked up a bill costing £900.30.
Some of the most expensive dishes the Silva family ordered at the Novikov restaurant include a king crab leg which is worth £95 and a peaking duck priced at £85.

Silva ended up leaving Chelsea at the end of the 23/24 season, making a total of 155 appearances for the club and scoring nine goals.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, Silva lifted the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup.
Upon announcing his departure, Silva sent an emotional message to Blues fans.
He said: "Chelsea means a lot to me. I came here with the intention of only staying for a year and it ended up being four years. Not just for me but for my family, too.

"I think in everything I did here over the four years, I always gave my all. But, unfortunately, everything has a start, a middle and an end. That doesn’t mean that this is a definitive end. I hope to leave the door open so that in the near future I can return, albeit in another role here."
Silva then returned to Brazil by signing for Serie A side Fluminense, so far, the 40-year-old has played 27 matches, scoring twice.
