Chelsea will face Newcastle in the marquee tie of the Carabao Cup quarter-finals, with Liverpool drawn to host West Ham at home.
EFL sides Middlesbrough and Port Vale booked their place in the last eight on Tuesday night, and they will face off in the quarter-finals for a spot in the final four.
Everton vs Fulham is the final, all-Premier League tie of the round.
Wednesday's fourth round action saw some major results, with Newcastle beating Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford.
Everton defeated Burnley at Goodison Park by the same scoreline, while Liverpool beat Bournemouth 2-1 in horrific weather conditions on the south coast.
There were slightly better conditions at Portman Road as Ipswich lost 3-1 to Fulham, while West Ham beat Arsenal by the same scoreline to end the Gunners' unbeaten run in domestic competitions this season.
Chelsea, meanwhile, secured a relatively comfortable 2-0 win over Blackburn through goals from Raheem Sterling and the returning Benoit Badashile.
A recap of live updates from the draw can be seen below.

Welcome to the blog
Draw in full
Thanks for joining us
That's all from us tonight - thanks for joining us for our Carabao Cup quarter-final draw blog.
There's some intriguing ties in store, with Chelsea vs Newcastle perhaps top of that list. For fans of the EFL, one of Port Vale or Middlesbrough will reach the final four, with two games separating them and a trip to Wembley.
We'll have more reaction from the draw over the coming days - have a good end to the day.
The draw in full
After that relatively short draw, here's the full list of tonight's drawn ties.
Liverpool vs West Ham
Another all-Premier League tie to finish off with - two of tonight's winners set to face off.
Port Vale vs Middlesbrough
League One against Championship. A team outside the Premier League will be in the two-legged semi-final.
Chelsea vs Newcastle
Tough test for both Chelsea and Newcastle in the quarter final.
Everton vs Fulham
An all-Premier League tie to start things off.
Now it is time for the draw. All set at Old Trafford.
Spoke too soon on the last post. Highlights of West Ham vs Arsenal first, then the draw...
Time for the draw
Finally time for the draw. Ex-England midfielder Izzy Christiansen (whose former club Everton are still in the draw) and ex-United striker Andy Cole (whose former club aren't) doing the honours.
Man Utd fans not happy
It's not hard to work out how United fans are feeling after that crushing defeat - and Erik ten Hag is bearing the brunt of plenty of criticism.

Almost time for the draw
We're getting the reaction to Newcastle's 3-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sky Sports right now before the draw gets underway, with Erik ten Hag next up to be interviewed.
Not long to wait.
And Middlesbrough were involved in one of the most dramatic ties of the round as they had to overcome a goal's deficit to beat League One Exeter 3-2 at St James Park.
Emmanuel Latte Lath's 82th-minute sealed progression for Michael Carrick's side, who have now won eight of their last nine matches in all competitions.
Tuesday recap
While we wait for the draw to get underway, a mention goes to last night's results, including a 1-0 victory for Port Vale over Mansfield.
The lowest-ranked team left in the competition, Andy Crosby's side - who were briefly top of League One at the start of the season - are through to the last eight after a goal from on-loan Tottenham midfielder Alfie Devine.
Take a look at his strike below.
Who is in the draw?
With Newcastle's win over Manchester United confirmed, here are all eight teams that will feature in tonight's Carabao Cup quarter-final draw.
Some fascinating potential ties in there when the draw gets underway shortly.
breaking news
All over at Old Trafford
The full time whistle has blown on what has been another nightmare evening for Manchester United.
Goals from Miguel Almiron, Lewis Hall and Joe Willock are the difference in a 3-0 win for Newcastle - a second defeat of that scoreline in three days for United.
The holders' Carabao Cup defence is over, and Eddie Howe's Newcastle march on to the next round after a superb display
Tarkowski comes back to haunt Burnley
James Tarkowski spent seven seasons at Burnley under Sean Dyche before joining Everton last year.
In an Everton side managed by Sean Dyche, Tarkowski powered his new side in front against the Clarets at Goodison Park - and then kept a clean sheet in a 3-0 win.
Job done for the centre-back, who watched Amadou Onana and Ashley Young put gloss on the scoreline with second half goals.
Kudus, Bowen send Arsenal crashing out
Arsenal were looking to extend their unbeaten domestic run this season, but were torn apart by a clinical West Ham side.
After Ben White's own goal put the Hammers ahead - amid question marks over a potential foul on Aaron Ramsdale - Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen struck in the second half. Martin Odegaard's 96th-minute goal to make it 3-1 was just a consolation.
Darwin, Darwin Nunez
If you want the spectacular, go and call Darwin Nunez.
The Liverpool forward netted a 20-yard curling effort that whistled over the head of goalkeeper Ionat Radu, who was left with zero chance of keeping it out.
Welcome to our Carabao Cup live blog
It's been some night of Carabao Cup football.
Liverpool and Chelsea are safely through to the next round after wins over Bournemouth and Blackburn, while West Ham have pulled off a 3-1 win over Arsenal.
But for Manchester United, it is going from bad to worse. As things stand, Erik ten Hag's side are 15 minutes away from losing their grip on the Carabao Cup crown. Unless they can score three goals to pull back a 3-0 deficit against Newcastle, that is.
