Brahim Diaz scored a stunning solo goal as Real Madrid took the lead against RB Leipzig.
The Champions League returned on Tuesday night as Spanish La Liga giants Madrid travelled to the Red Bull Arena Leipzig to take on the German Bundesliga outfit.
After a cagey first half in which Leipzig had a goal ruled out by VAR for offside, the teams went into the break 0-0.
Just four minutes into the second period, Diaz delivered a magical goal to give his side the lead.

After receiving the ball from Dani Carvajal, the Spaniard turned away from one defender before slaloming his way into the penalty area and unleashing an unstoppable drive into the back of Peter Gulacsi’s net. You can watch the goal below.
When celebrating the goal, Diaz appeared to pull out the Jude Bellingham as he held his arms out in the air.
Reacting to the goal on social media, Bellingham wrote: “Oh my god Brahim!!!”

Bellingham is not involved in the match after he suffered an ankle injury during Madrid’s 4-0 win over Girona over the weekend.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti said: “Bellingham picked up a sprained ankle, they'll assess him tomorrow. I hope we can have him fit for Tuesday. There are games he hasn't been involved in and others have come in and contributed a lot, like Brahim and Joselu. We broke records for injuries today with four centre-backs out.”
Confirming Bellingham’s injury, a club statement read: “Following tests carried out today on Jude Bellingham by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a sprain in his left ankle. His recovery will be monitored.”

It has been claimed that the England international will miss around two or three weeks, with Madrid hoping he will be back for the second leg against Leipzig.
