At least two people have been shot dead in Brussels tonight ahead of Belgium's Euro 2024 qualifier against Sweden.
According to Sky News, both victims were wearing Swedish football shirts.
The shooting took place near Saincteletteplein, to the north of the city, per Belgium outlet Het Laatste.

A video reported to be of the shocking incident shows a gunman chasing a person into a building.
The gunman, who used an automatic rifle, fled the scene, according to the report.
A spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office said an investigation had been opened but did not speculate on the gunman's motive.
One witness told Het Laatste: "I was completely in shock and immediately started shouting."

Police have cordoned off the scene and no arrests have yet been made.
Taking to X, Belgium's prime minister Alexander De Croo wrote: "My deepest condolences to the relatives of the cowardly assassination attempt in Brussels.
"We are monitoring the situation and would like to ask the residents of Brussels to be vigilant."

Belgium vs Sweden is currently underway at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels.
Before kick-off, Belgium sat at the top of Group F while Sweden occupied third place.
