Arsenal have been handed a double injury boost ahead of their EFL Cup clash against Brentford.
On Sunday, Arsenal were held to a 2-2 draw by local rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium.
At halftime, summer signing Declan Rice was replaced by Jorginho, which sparked fears amongst the Gunners fan base.

It was later revealed by Mikel Arteta that Rice had some discomfort in his back.
He said: “He had some discomfort in his back. He was telling us during the first half that he was uncomfortable and when we assessed him at half-time he could not continue, so we had to change him.
“We have to assess him. It's strange when a player like him asks to come off because he's uncomfortable. Hopefully not, but let's see.”

Starboy Bukayo Saka also went off late during the match against Spurs, whilst Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli were both missing from the squad due to injury.
Jurrien Timber is set to be out for a while yet whilst Thomas Partey has missed the last few matches.
Ahead of their match against Brentford, it has been reported that Arsenal are in for a double injury boost.
According to journalist Charles Watts, Partey is getting closer to a return, whilst Rice’s injury is not believed to be as serious as first feared.

However, both players are expected to miss the Carabao Cup tie against the Bees but are hoping to return against Manchester City next weekend.
After Trossard was confirmed to be injured, Arteta said on Sunday: “Leandro Trossard misses out today due to a slight muscle issue.
“He felt something, he felt a muscle tightness yesterday in training and he wasn't fit enough to play the game.”
