Security at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will be on high alert for Arsenal fans amid concerns that home tickets for Tuesday evening’s Premier League clash between Tottenham and Manchester City are being bought up by Gooners.
Tottenham take on City on Tuesday, knowing that should they claim a draw or win it would put Arsenal in pole position to win the Premier League with just one game of the season remaining.
The Gunners are currently one point ahead of City at the top of the table but have played a game more than Pep Guardiola’s side, who will reclaim a spot at the summit with a victory over Spurs.
Arsenal fans will be supporting bitter rivals Tottenham through gritted teeth this evening, with some having even taken the drastic measure of paying for seats in the home end so they can vocally support their club’s biggest rivals.

As per the Telegraph, at least one group of Arsenal fans plan to sit in the home end this evening, privately acquiring tickets from Tottenham season ticket holders.
A member of said group told the publication: “We did it all on Monday. It took five minutes and it was easy. We didn’t have to pay for any membership or anything.”
Tottenham are confident that a large portion of Arsenal fans will not have been able to access tickets after closing membership to the club’s official ticket exchange last week.
Moreover, the Mail Online has claimed that anyone found to be attending in support of Arsenal this evening will face ejection from the ground.

This is reportedly because they would be in violation of the club’s Ground Regulations as well as their Ticketing & Membership Terms and Conditions.
It is stated: “Any individual who has entered any part of the ground designated for the use of any group of supporters to which they do not belong may be ejected from the ground either for the purposes of their own safety or for any other reason.”
Moreover, Tottenham will take a dim view of any cases that are brought to their attention, with season ticket holders responsible for anybody they pass their seat to.

Individuals or groups could also be refused entry or ejected if they are believed to have attempted to access an area of the stadium in which it is deemed they do not belong.
