United will face Spanish opposition for the fourth time in Europe this season, following games against Real Sociedad, Barcelona and Real Betis.
Should they make it through, United will then face either Juventus or Sporting CP in the semi-finals.

United were beaten 2-1 by Sevilla in the semi-finals of the Europa League during the covid-affected 2019-20 campaign. See below for highlights of that game.
As previously mentioned, United have a poor record against Sevilla and have never beaten the Spanish side in European competition.
Sevilla have progressed from six of their previous eight European knockout ties (including finals) against English clubs.
Their only defeats have come against opposition you might not expect, with the La Liga side failing against Leicester in the 2016-17 Champions League and West Ham in last season's Europa League.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has given his thoughts on the quarter-final draw.
The first leg will be played at Old Trafford on April 13, with the return fixture in Spain taking place a week later, on April 20
The semi-finals will take place on May 11 and 18, with the final to be held on Wednesday, May 31 at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary.
So, a very tricky tie for Manchester United in the last eight of the Europa League.
They will face Spanish side Sevilla, who have won the competition six times - more than any other club.
Sevilla certainly know how to beat English opposition in Europe.
They knocked Jose Mourinho's United out of the Champions League in the 2017-2018 season with a 2-1 aggregate win in the round of 16.
United also lost 2-1 to the Spanish side in the semi-finals of the Europa League in the 2019-20 campaign.

The draw has also been made to determine the 'home' team for the final in Budapest.
It's good news for Manchester United, who will be the home side if they make it that far.
The winner of Feyenoord vs Roma will face the winner of Bayer Leverkusen and Union Saint-Gilloise.
The winner of Juventus vs Sporting will face the winner of Manchester United vs Sevilla.
Another mouth-watering tie and a repeat of last season's UEFA Conference League final.
Another superb tie. Juventus will face Sporting, who beat Arsenal in the previous round.
United are the first team out of the pot and then have been drawn against six-time champions Sevilla. Not what Erik ten Hag would have wanted.
We're now just moments away from the quarter-final draw.
Former West Brom and Fulham midfielder Zoltan Gera has also joined Marchetti and Pinto on stage to help conduct the draw.
The Hungarian previously reached the Europa League final with Fulham in 2010, when it was known as the UEFA Cup.
But it was Atletico Madrid that were crowned champions that day - winning 2-1 in Hamburg.
UEFA deputy general secretary Giorgio Marchetti has arrived to help conduct the draw in Nyon.
Just a reminder of the eight teams still left in the competition, in no particular order: Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, Bayer Leverkusen, Sporting CP, Roma, Sevilla, Juventus, Manchester United and Feyenoord.
Pedro Pinto has begun his pre-draw monologue, which could last for a few minutes.
We're also likely to hear from a former footballer, any guesses who it could be?
