A Manchester United fan has controversially claimed Manchester City duo Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne are not world class.
The duo are City's most important players, linking up once again to open the scoring in City's 3-2 win over Liverpool in the Carabao Cup on Thursday evening.
De Bruyne delivered a perfect cross for Haaland to attack. The 22-year-old managed to get in front of Joe Gomez to touch past Caoimhin Kelleher 10 minutes into the game.

Haaland has scored 24 goals in all competitions since moving to City from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
De Bruyne, meanwhile, has been at the Etihad Stadium for seven years, winning five League Cups, four Premier League titles and the FA Cup.
Over the road at Old Trafford, one rival supporter still isn't impressed by the pair. Steve called up to talkSPORT in the aftermath of City advancing to a quarter-final clash with Southampton.

He believes Haaland isn't as good as he's cracked up to be, whiling claiming De Bruyne needs to the forward to play at his best.
"I want to talk about these so-called world class players City have," Steve said. "Everyone keeps going on about how Erling Haaland is a world class player.
For me, a world class player is someone who carries their team and takes them to another level.

"For me, Luka Modric carried his team at the World Cup to another level. Not at all [is Haaland world class]."
When told about his goal tally in this campaign, he replied: "Yeah, for City. Kevin De Bruyne needs Haaland and Haaland needs Kevin De Bruyne. Where did Kevin De Bruyne take Belgium?"
When asked if De Bruyne was world class, he simply said: "Nope."

De Bruyne's role in the City team has changed since Haaland's arrival. Last season, he chipped in with 15 goals in the Premier League with City lacking an orthodox striker.
This term, he's back to playing a supporting role and chipping in with assists, registering 10 in the league so far.
"I try to create as many chances as possible for my team and if they score I will get an assist," he explained earlier this year per Sky Sports. "I have been doing the same thing since I came here."
