Erling Haaland may only have three years to become the newest member of Pep Guardiola's special '100 club' - which has three players in it at the time of writing.
The Norway international penned a five-year deal with City last month and will join the Premier League champions from Borussia Dortmund on July 1.

Haaland is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in world football and he has banged the goals for every team so far.
It means he is in a great position to become the fourth player to score 100 goals under Guardiola's management.
The 51-year-old has managed the best of the best, but only Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling have become centurions under his tutelage.

Messi scored 211 times in 219 games under Guardiola between 2008 and 2012, winning three La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues along the way.
Guardiola decided to take a sabbatical from football after leaving the Camp Nou and returned a year later with Bayern Munich.
Robert Lewandowski would've broken the 100 goal barrier if Guardiola spent longer than three seasons in Germany, but a return of 67 goals in 100 games isn't too shabby.

Guardiola took over City in 2016 and many believed it'd be the end of Aguero, who didn't fit his new boss' style of play.
Aguero adapted however and scored 124 goals in 182 games while also becoming City's record top goalscorer.
He left for Barcelona in 2021 and sadly retired later that year due to a heart issue.
Sterling is perhaps Guardiola's greatest success story at the Etihad Stadium and he has become a prolific goalscorer.

The former Liverpool man has scored 120 goals in 292 appearances and he may have kicked his last ball in a City shirt.
Chelsea are said to be interested in Sterling and with just a year remaining on his deal, a move to London is said to interest him.
Gabriel Jesus is five shy of hitting 100 for City but his move to Arsenal is expected to be confirmed in the coming days.

It is believed Guardiola will be manager of City until 2025, giving Haaland three years to join the club.
