Ollie Watkins has revealed he made a promise to two unused substitutes prior to scoring England's winner against the Netherlands in the Euro 2024 semi-final.
Watkins' goal in second half injury time ensured that England progress to the final on Sunday, where they will take on Spain in Berlin.
He came off the bench with nine minutes to play for just his second appearance of Euro 2024 - but made those nine minutes count.

Cole Palmer's pass was played into Watkins, who held off defender Micky van de Ven before angling his effort into the bottom left corner on the turn.
Speaking after the game, the Aston Villa forward revealed that he made a pre-match prediction that Palmer would assist him for the winning goal - and only told the Chelsea star.
Now, on the latest episode of Lions' Den, Watkins revealed he made a separate promise to two of England's unused substitutes - Dean Henderson and Lewis Dunk.

The duo have not played a minute for England at Euro 2024. Henderson is the third choice goalkeeper behind Jordan Pickford and Aaron Ramsdale, while Marc Guehi and Ezri Konsa have both been ahead of Dunk in the centre-back pecking order.
And Watkins explained: "I did make a promise to Deano and Dunky that, if I scored, I would run over and celebrate with them.
"That's why I was saying to everyone to come over and celebrate together as a team on the bench.

"Sometimes you can feel a little bit left out when you're not on the pitch and making an impact. Me celebrating with them, I've been sitting on the bench experiencing this, so I wanted to make it feel special for everyone.
"It was nice that they all jumped on the pitch and could be part of it."
