The 28-year-old has endured a difficult campaign at Chelsea following his summer move from Manchester City.

He's made 37 appearances in all competitions, scoring just nine goals for his new club. But he has been blighted with injuries, which has impacted on his form.
Sterling has been an England regular under Southgate, who has formed a great bond with the forward. Having said that, his place is thought to be under threat ahead of the official announcement.
The England boss could also be without Sterling's club teammates Mason Mount, Ben Chilwell and Reece James, who have all missed the end of the season with injuries.

Brentford's Ivan Toney is unavailable for selection, too, after receiving an eight-month ban for breaching the FA's betting rules.
Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins and Newcastle United's Callum Wilson could be in line for a recall.
Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White has also been backed to be named in the England squad, with Jamie Carragher praising the player's recent performances.
He named Gibbs-White as the league's signing of the season, saying: "I was debating over two players today. I’m going to do a live change and go for Morgan Gibbs-White.

"I wouldn’t say he’s single-handedly kept Forest up but every time I watch him... he’s justified his price tag.
