Edwin van der Sar gave Erik ten Hag a special farewell in Ajax's title celebrations, giving him his best wishes ahead of him taking the Manchester United job.
Ajax wrapped up a 36th Eredivisie title in style at the Johan Cruyff Arena, hammering Heerenveen 5-0 with goals from Nicolas Tagliafico, Steven Berghuis, Sebastien Haller, Brian Bobbey and Edson Alvarez.
It was Ten Hag's final home game and the Amsterdam outfit lifted the title after the game, celebrating with their fans in the Dutch capital.

And former goalkeeper van der Sar, who is now Ajax's chief executive and played 266 times for United, addressed him on the pitch in their celebrations.
“Erik.. sometimes I thought 'you are a weird man’. But you surpassed all expectations,” he said, as per The Mirror.
“Dominant football, semi-final [of the] Champions League, league titles. You will leave for a club that is close to my heart. I wish you all the best there. Thank you, Erik ten Hag!"
The 52-year-old won the Eredivisie title in three out of the four seasons he was at the helm, and also guided the club to the Champions League semi-finals in a memorable run that saw them knock out Real Madrid and Juventus.

In total, he won 158 out of his 214 games at Ajax, winning two KNVB Cups and the Johan Cruyff Shield too.
Ten Hag will join up with United, where he has a contract until 2025, after Ajax play their final game of the season against Vitesse.
Talking to media on Wednesday night, Ten Hag summarised his spell by saying, "We brought a certain culture in this club. A winner's mentality."
