Dejan Lovren posted a cryptic message in response to Mohamed Salah's contract situation at Liverpool.
The Reds are looking to tie Salah down to a new contract, with his current deal due to expire on June 2023.
But he's yet to agree a new contract unlike his teammates, with Virgil van Dijk and Alisson committing their futures to the Anfield club.
Salah, who has been ultra-prolific since joining from AS Roma in 2017, has made it clear that he wants to stay in Merseyside following an incredible spell.
However, the stalling of the new contract has worried some Liverpool fans - with the player's former teammate Lovren adding more speculation.
He was asked about Salah's contract at Liverpool during a revealing Twitter Q&A.
A Twitter user poised the question: "When is Salah signing new contract??"
To which the Serbian defender replied with two zipped mouth emojis.
Lovren also weighed in on the 'disrespect' towards Salah regarding major individual awards.
"Not surprised. But that’s life, we move on. He knows that," he replied.
Jurgen Klopp isn't concerned about the delay in Salah penning a new deal, claiming talks are in a 'good' place.
Speaking earlier this month, he said: "I know Mo wants to stay, we want Mo to stay. These things take time, but I think all of it is in a good place. I'm very positive about it. The fans are not as nervous as you (the media) are.
"They know the club pretty long, they know the people dealing with the different things here pretty long, so I think it is enough reason to be positive.
"But as long as it is not done, we can't say anything about it. Good conversations, that's what I can say."
