Declan Rice could earn an absolutely huge new contract, if the West Ham United midfielder leaves the London Stadium after this season.
Rice has long been linked with a move away from West Ham, whom he joined from Chelsea back in 2014, with the Blues one of the clubs strongly rumoured to want the outstanding midfielder at times.
In fact, Frank Lampard's desire to bring him back to Stamford Bridge was one of the reasons reported the club's all time top goalscorer lost his job as manager two years ago.

The one time England midfielder probably won't get the chance to bring Rice to west London this summer either, as, despite Saturday's win over Bournemouth, he probably won't have the job come the next transfer window.
That hasn't stopped reports that teams want the 24-year-old however, especially with David Moyes side's future in the Premier League still not secured.
Even if they do stay in the top tier, it's likely that the Londoner will want to leave the London Stadium, in order to play in the Champions League.

Arsenal are the side most strongly linked with him, although Manchester United aren't too far behind, as Mikel Arteta's side plan for a first season in seven years back in the big time.
According to the Daily Star, the Gunners are ready to pull out all the stops in order to sign the England star and could quadruple his wages.
Rice currently earns a reported £60,000-a-week, which would see him earn upwards of £240,000-a-week, or nearly £12.5 million-a-year.

The Hammers' star's current deal has two years left to run so they could still get a decent price for him this summer, although it may be less than their initial £100 million valuation.
It's unlikely that he would sign a new deal, meaning they'd only have two years with him before he decided to walk away for free, and even next summer his value would be massively reduced.
Of course, if Moyes' side did drop into the Championship then they would have virtually no chance of keeping hold of him anyway.
As well as Rice, the Gunners are also claimed to be in conversations around the signing of Barcelona forward Raphinha, who they tried to sign last summer.

After missing out on him from Leeds United to Barca, they face competition from Newcastle United this time, with Eddie Howe's side having supposedly already made contact.
