West Ham manager David Moyes was asked if he would put Declan Rice in the category of players worth £100 million - and his delayed response was pure theatre.
The 23-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move in recent months.
Manchester United and Chelsea have reportedly expressed an interest in signing the England international, with The Daily Mail claiming that Rice is holding out for a move to Stamford Bridge.

As a result of the rumours surrounding Rice's future, West Ham manager David Moyes has been inundated with questions about the in-form midfielder.
In fact, in a recent press conference, the former Manchester United and Everton boss gave a very clear, but delayed, response to one particular question. This is brilliant.
Moyes added when asked if he was a £100 million player: "Yeah. I think I’ve said everything there is to say about Declan. He’s a really important player for West Ham, he’s someone who we value greatly and you can see what he means to the team.

"He’s a really good individual and we’re enjoying having him."
The 58-year-old went on to say that Rice should be learning from the likes of Harry Maguire while on international duty.
"As an individual, he’s a really improving young man who’s gaining a lot of experience,’ said Moyes. "He’s getting better and he learns an awful lot from Mark Noble.

"He should look at Harry Kane and Harry Maguire and all of those senior players he’s involved with for England, and take as much from them as he can, because in the future I’ve got no doubt he’s got a great chance of going on to be a future England captain.
"We’re really pleased to have him and he’s an impressive young man."
Thoughts on Rice's future? Where should he be playing his football next season?
