Dan Burn has a car you would least expect, fans are absolutely shocked

Dan Burn has left fans stunned.

Fans have been left absolutely shocked after discovering the car Dan Burn drives - bear in mind he's 6-foot-6.

The 30-year-old has been a big success at Newcastle United since his move from Brighton in January 2022.

He's a regular under Eddie Howe, having played 16 games in the Premier League this season as the Magpies occupy a Champions League spot.

Despite the club's huge Saudi-backing and league position, Burn appears to have remained modest and humble in terms of his choice of vehicle.

The defender, who stands at a towering 6 ft 6 in, has been pictured driving a Smart car. Yes, really!

An image of Burn signing autographs for fans from his compact motor has emerged online, leaving fans stunned.

One Twitter user wrote: "I don't even physically understand how this is possible, I'm 6'2 and they feel tiny and he's way taller than I am."

A second tweeted: "He gotta be driving that for a bet loss."

A third added: "Hope Ryan Fraser rocks up in a Hummer."

A fourth commented: "Nah from experience how the fuck does he fit in here? At 6'7 there isn’t a chance I’d fit in that."

A fifth said: "The fact Big Dan Burn drives a Smart Car makes me love him even more. What a guy!"

Another joked: "Looks like Burn stole Lamptey’s car when he left Brighton."

Burn might have a more luxurious car waiting for him in his garage, but it's still pretty amusing to see him inside a Smart car.

To be fair, he deserves credit for managing to get inside one of those.
