Every day there is a new crisis at Old Trafford, with Ronaldo's reportedly wanting to take Harry Maguire' captaincy the latest to come out of the club on Thursday.
On Wednesday, the news was that Maguire and Rashford were 'irritated' by their teammate's attempts to lead the team, and his supposed 'clique.'
Rashford denied the claims from German outlet Bild, and their writer Christian Falk, but the journalist hit back himself, saying that it was true.
Now Ronaldo has responded in his own way, taking to his Instagram story to post a picture of the pair of them in training together, with no signs of animosity.

Ronaldo only arrived back at Old Trafford last summer, joining on transfer deadline day in August after it first looked like he would make a shock move to Manchester City.
However, there is already talk that he could leave the club for a second time this summer, with three clubs eyeing a move for the all time Champions League top goalscorer.
His future could depend on United's ability to get back into that competition, as they battle to finish inside the Premier League's top four.

They could also get into next season's Champions League by winning it this season, an idea that was laughed off by Micah Richards this week.
Whilst Ronaldo's form for the team has been decent, up until a recent six game goal drought, he has come in for criticism for some of his behaviour.
As well as criticising some teammates' attitudes, the 37-year-old was criticised for his reaction to being substituted off in a game against Brentford.

He has also twice marched straight down the tunnel at the end of a game that he didn't start, with United drawing to Everton and Burnley and the former Juventus forward not able to win the game for his side after coming on.
Even the five time Ballon d'Or winner's son has recently admitted that his dad's team, who he's also signed with, aren't very good right now.
