Streamer sensation 'IShowSpeed' may finally meet his idol Cristiano Ronaldo thanks to his former teammate Rio Ferdinand.
Speed is a huge Ronaldo fanboy and a whole lot of his content revolves around the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.
The teenager, who went viral for his antics in the Sidemen football match back in September, was back in the United Kingdom this week in a bid to watch Ronaldo play for the first time.

He was at Old Trafford for the 4-2 Carabao Cup third round win over Aston Villa on Thursday night, though was gutted to learn that Ronaldo was not even in the squad due to illness.
However, Ronaldo's long-time teammate and friend Ferdinand is trying to work his magic in arranging a link-up between the pair.
Through SPORTbible, Speed was on a FaceTime with the former England defender, who was left in stitches by the YouTube star's new World Cup song.

Conversation soon turned to Ronaldo, with Ferdinand asking him about his fandom.
"You love Ronaldo init?" he asked, to which Speed confirmed that is indeed the case.
Although Jesse Lingard told Speed on Twitch that Ronaldo is aware of him, he revealed he hasn't met him yet.
Enter Ferdinand as the plug. "You want me to hook me up? He's my boy," he said.

Speed could not contain his excitement, saying, "Don't like to me, come on bro, don't do this."
Ferdinand wondered how long the American is in England for and Speed made it clear he'd come over "anytime" just to meet CR7.
The 44-year-old then told Speed, who has DM'd him before, he'd contact him offline to try and make it happen.

However, he did instruct him to cut out the "barking s***" out if he did come face to face with the Portuguese superstar.
Ferdinand was able to convince Cristiano Ronaldo to turn down Manchester City and return to home to United so he's definitely got the facilities.
Though Speed didn't get to see Ronaldo in the flesh on Thursday, he did meet United legend Paddy Crerand, who he somehow mistook for David Beckham.
Just imagine the scenes if Speed and Ronaldo finally cross paths.
