Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly so disillusioned with life at Manchester United under Ralf Rangnick that he's already held talks about his future.

United have seemingly been in a state of disarray for the past six days, since losing to Wolves last Monday, with all sorts of reports coming out of the club.

Luke Shaw claimed the players weren't committed enough and up to 17 players are reportedly unhappy since Ralf Rangnick became interim manager in December, even though the Wolves defeat was his first.

Whilst some players have come out in defence of the temporary boss, Ronaldo is amongst those who is reportedly unhappy and, according to the Sun, he's held talks with his agent Jorge Mendes over his Old Trafford future.

"Cristiano is very concerned about what is happening at United," a source is said to have told the newspaper.

"The team is receiving a lot of criticism and he knows he is regarded as one of the leaders.

"There are quite a lot of problems and Cristiano is feeling the pressure and is very stressed by the situation.

"He desperately wants his United move to be a success, but he is starting to recognise that winning trophies with the current set up could be a real struggle.

"Jorge came to see him and they spent time chatting through how things are going, what they think are the problems, how they might be solved and what the solutions may be.

"Nothing has been ruled out."

Ronaldo's move to United in the summer, marking his return to Old Trafford after 12 years, along with the signings of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane were supposed to kick start a title challenge from the 13 times Premier League winners.

However, despite scoring 14 goals in all competitions, things haven't always gone well for the five time Ballon d'Or winner, and he was fuming earlier this season when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer left him out of the starting line up against Everton.

There has been talk that some players are unhappy with the influence that the 36-year-old has around the team and the fact he is currently seen as undroppable.

Pseudo celebrity fan Mark Goldbridge went viral earlier this week with his rant about players who weren't happy with the Portugal star.
