Cristiano Ronaldo could be lining up alongside some familiar faces in the Saudi Pro League next season if Al Nassr complete six huge signings this summer.

Ronaldo's move to Al Nassr has paved the way for other star names to follow, with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante already joining him in Saudi Arabia.

A recent change to the Pro League saw Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) take full control of four teams; Al Ahli, Al Ittihad, Al Hilal and Ronaldo's Al Nassr.

It has coincided with a major recruitment drive in the Pro League, with the huge wages on offer tempting some of the world's best players to move to Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo's former Real Madrid teammate Sergio Ramos has been strongly linked with the club as well as rivals Al Hilal.

The veteran Spaniard is out of contract at PSG at the end of the month and could move on a free transfer this summer.

Ramos' former international teammate and rival from his El Clasico days, Sergio Busquets, is another named linked with Al Nassr.

Busquets left Barcelona at the end of the campaign and is yet to decide his next move, with Lionel Messi's new club Inter Miami also reportedly interested in the midfielder.

Another Spanish star, Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez, is reportedly considering a move to Al Nassr.

However, Atletico could demand a significant fee with the Spanish international still under contract until 2026.

Al Nassr are also said to be targeting Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic after making an offer of $16m (£7.8m) to Inter Milan, according to ESPN.

Inter are said to consider the offer too low and are requesting $27m (£21.2m) to move talks forward.

Two Premier League stars could also be on their way to join Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia this summer.

Chelsea flop Hakim Ziyech is set to move to Al Nassr after three disappointing seasons at Stamford Bridge.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha is out of contract at the end of the month and is yet to decide his next month, with a $38m (£23.5m) per year offer reportedly on the table from Al Nassr.

Should they secure all six of those potential signings, here's how Al Nassr could line up next season:

Ronaldo recently predicted that the Pro League will become one of the best football competitions in the world.

"We are much better and the Saudi league is getting better and next year will be even better," said the former Manchester United forward.

"Step-by-step I think this league will be among the top five leagues in the world but they need time, players and infrastructure.

"But I believe that this country [has] amazing potential, they have amazing people and the league will be great in my opinion."

When you see the star names heading to Saudi Arabia, it's hard to argue with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.
