Cody Gakpo revealed he is excited to play alongside Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.
Earlier this week Liverpool reached an agreement to sign Gakpo from PSV Eindhoven, in a deal believed to be worth between £35.4million - £44,3million.
The 23-year-old, who had long been courted by the Reds’ bitter rivals Manchester United, will join Jurgen Klopp’s side at the start of the January transfer window, with a contract running until 2028.

"I'm looking forward to start training and start playing for this amazing club," said Gakpo.
"I think this is a great club for me to come in and try to show what I can [do] and try to help the team to achieve more beautiful moments that they already did in the past years.”
Gakpo, whose signing is subject to a work permit, arrived after an impressive half-season at PSV where he netted some 13 goals, and provided a further 17 assists.

While the 30-year-old is having a difficult season by his high standards, he has been one of the stars of the Premier League in recent years.
On playing alongside Salah, Gakpo told the Liverpool club website: “It's really great.
“He's a fantastic player and I'm really looking forward to learning things from him and to see how he does things so I can also improve my game and that we can win a lot of games together. “
Despite a dip in form Salah has still netted a respectable six goals and provided a further three assists in his 14 Premier League games.

Gakpo will likely operate on the opposite flank, where he will compete with the likes of Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota for a place, once the pair return from their injury lay-offs.
On the competition for places, Gakpo added: “I'm really looking forward to that.
“What I said before, I can really learn from a lot of players and it's for me just the case that I show who I am and try to do my best to help the team where I can.”
