Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal have suffered a transfer blow with Mason Mount having held "positive" talks with Chelsea, according to reports.
Chelsea have endured a woeful first full campaign under the ownership of Todd Boehly.
While they have spent a total of £460million since the American’s arrival, the Blues are currently languishing in 11th in the Premier League and have long been eliminated from the three cup competitions.

Moreover, so to abide by Financial Fair Play regulations several Chelsea academy graduates have been tipped to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
Among those is England international Mount, who has been with the Blues since the age of six.
The Premier League’s biggest clubs, including Liverpool, United and Arsenal, had been put on alert after talks between Chelsea and Mount over a new deal had stalled.
However, in a major twist, the 24-year-old has allegedly now held “positive” talks with Boehly about staying at the club.
Mount to stay at Chelsea?
According to the Athletic's David Ornstein, Chelsea have begun to focus their plans for next season. The club’s hierarchy is stepping up its attempts to install a new head coach, with Mauricio Pochettino now the firm favourite to take the reins at Stamford Bridge.

However, another priority is addressing the future of Mount, who is in the final 12 months of his contract in the summer, when Chelsea intend to either extend or sell the midfielder.
Ornstein has claimed that while multiple contract offers have been rejected by Mount, the regard in which the player is held in west London has not diminished.

Indeed, the meeting was thought to be a “positive” development that has made Mount more likely to stay on at the club.
Mount, who is one of the lowest-paid squad members at Chelsea, would earn a more lucrative deal irrespective of whether he stays at Chelsea or moves further afield.
In turn, his decision will likely be determined by factors such as career development, fulfilling his potential and competing for trophies.
