Chelsea are set to continue their summer spending spree with a huge €90 million switch for RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol.
The Blues have not been shy of splashing the cash under new owner Todd Boehly but it seems their business isn't done just yet.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the two-time Champions League winners are in advanced negotiations with Leipzig over Gvardiol, who can play as a centre-back or left-back.

The 20-year-old, formerly on Dinamo Zagreb, played 46 times as Leipzig won the DFB-Pokal and reached the Europa League semi-finals.

Gvardiol, who appears to be a long-term replacement for Thiago Silva, would be staying put for now and join up with Chelsea in June 2023.

Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly was drafted in for a fee in the region of £33 million, while Chelsea also snapped up Marc Cucurella from Brighton for £63 million and Raheem Sterling for £47.5 million.
18-year-old Aston Villa midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka was also acquired in a £20 million transfer.
