The Carabao Cup third round has been simulated with huge ties for Manchester United and Liverpool.
Arne Slot will get his first taste of cup football in England as he looks to guide Liverpool to another victory in the Carabao Cup, the last trophy won by Jurgen Klopp before he departed the club this summer.
Premier League sides in European competition will enter the tournament in the third round but there have been big changes to the competition this season.
As a result of the revamped UEFA competitions structure where an extended league stage has been introduced, the third round will take place over two mid-weeks.

It also means teams competing in the Champions League cannot be drawn against teams featured in the Europa League.
A pre-draw will take place before Nottingham Forest's clash with Newcastle with the actual draw taking place following the conclusion of that game which is scheduled for an 20:00 GMT kick-off.
Tonight's draw has been simulated and it's provided some extremely exciting match ups.

Firstly, Slot will be forced to overcome his Merseyside rivals Everton who were handed a tough trip away at Anfield. However, Sean Dyche's side will take confidence from the fact they were victorious against their fierce rivals back in April thanks to goals from Jarrad Branthwaite and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Erik ten Hag will be looking to add to his Manchester United trophy haul after winning the FA Cup last year but must navigate a tricky fixture against Premier League opposition in Crystal Palace. United suffered back-to-back defeats against the Eagles last season including a 4-0 thrashing at Selhurst Park that ramped up speculation over Ten Hag's long-term future at the club.
Manchester City would face Coventry City away from home while Arsenal would welcome either Wimbledon or fellow Premier League side Ispwich Town to the Emirates.
