Thomas Tuchel has confirmed he will leave Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich at the conclusion of the 23/24 season.
The news of Tuchel's departure was originally reported by Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports Germany.
The report stated: "After good and fair discussions FC Bayern and Thomas Tuchel have decided to part ways at the end of the season."

This comes following three consecutive losses for Bayern, including a hugely detrimental 3-0 defeat to league leaders Bayer Leverkusen who now sit eight points clear at the top of the table.
Tuchel just about held on to his job last season, as Bayern secured the Bundesliga title on the final day thanks to a late winner from Jamal Musiala.
The title wasn't even in Bayern's hands as Dortmund failed to win their final match, ultimately handing Tuchel the title.
Given the acquisition of Harry Kane in the summer Tuchel was likely expected to have an easier time in Germany considering the loss of Jude Bellingham for Dortmund. However, Xabi Alonso's side have come out of seemingly nowhere and the leaders unbeaten record seems to have cost Tuchel his job.

Tuchel confirmed the club's decision today, stating: "Thomas Tuchel: “We have agreed that we will end our collaboration after the end of this season.
“Until then, my coaching staff and I will of course continue to do everything we can to ensure maximum success for FC Bayern”.
