Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel was said to be unhappy with standards in a recent training session and snapped a slalom pole in frustration, according to reports.
The 49-year-old German head coach, who replaced Julian Nagelsmann after he was sacked from his post in controversial fashion, has only been in the job for a month but it appears the pressure is starting to mount.
Since arriving at the Allianz Arena, results haven't gone Tuchel's way. The former Chelsea manager has taken charge of seven games, winning two, drawing another two and losing three.

The reigning Bundesliga champions have also been knocked out of every cup competition, including the DFB-Pokal after a surprise defeat to Freiburg at the quarter-final stage; not to mention their Champions League exit to Manchester City.
A disappointing 3-1 defeat to Mainz 05 on Saturday cast further doubt on Tuchel's future at the Bavarian club, with a board meeting to discuss his stay being penned in for May 22, according to BILD.
And an incident in training ahead of their league clash against Hertha Berlin this weekend has only intensified rumours of his discontent with the squad in general.

As reported by Goal, Tuchel was far from happy with how Bayern players 'presented themselves' in the final game of the training session, when they participated on the diamond small field.
Tuchel attempted to fix the attacking patterns and player movement on several occasions, although his efforts failed to spark a fix.
Then, out of 'sheer frustration', he appeared to break a slalom pole with his knee as his fellow assistant coaches watched on.
As a result of their poor form of late, Borussia Dortmund now sit one-point ahead of Bayern in the Bundesliga title race with five games remaining.

Former Germany international Dietmar Hamann has raised doubts over Tuchel's future at the club.
"The leadership may be confused, but the coach also makes a very confused impression in his four weeks so far," he told Ruhr Nachrichten.
"If he also gambles away the championship, it's clear that his position would already be weakened."
Hamann added: "I've rarely seen a change of coach where things get worse in the short term. That's exactly what happened at Bayern."
