The greatest midfield in football history could line up alongside one another for one last dance, it has been reported.
Sergio Busquets is leaving Barcelona after captaining the Blaugrana to another La Liga title under the management of his former colleague, Xavi.
Barca have just two league fixtures remaining against Mallorca and Celta Vigo. Busquets' contract is up on June 30 but he is slated to make his final appearance on June 6 when the Catalan club take on Vissel Kobe in a farewell match for another legend in Andres Iniesta.
The 39-year-old is also moving on to pastures new after a successful spell in Japan but has invited Busquets to link up with him one more time.

In a video posted to his social media channels, Iniesta FaceTimed his former teammate and spoke to him about the upcoming match in Japan.
The Spain icon, one of the most gifted midfielders ever to play the game, is planning on playing for both teams during the friendly fixture.
"I have two games left, yours and another one on July 1, "Iniesta told Busquets.
"I'm really looking forward to you coming here. You're already champions and we're going to finish the season in Japan. I was planning to play one half with each team. It would be nice to enjoy it a bit."

And Busquets called for it to be a hat-trick of Barca and Spain legends, telling Iniesta to "let the coach play too" in reference to Xavi.
As a trio, Busquets, Xavi and Iniesta completely changed football between 2008 and 2015, combining wonderfully and winning five La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues.
On the international stage they won both the World Cup and European Championship with Spain and did everything with a swagger and style that many have tried to adopt since.

Expressing his excitement at potentially playing with Iniesta again, Busquets said: "I'm looking forward to going there, first of all because of you. To play against you and if possible with you. When we go to Japan, the people are really behind us. We can't go very often because of the distance, but whenever we've gone on a World Cup or a tour, the people are crazy. It will be nice."
The 34-year-old is set for a special send-off at the Camp Nou on Sunday after 700 appearances.
