Defending Premier League Champions Manchester City head down to the Midlands this evening to face an Aston Villa side that will be hoping to put an end to their recent run of bad form.
Fans of the visitors will be pleased at their side’s defence of the title so far, with City picking up 13 points from a possible 15 across the first five games of the season.
Their recent 6-0 thrashing of newly promoted Nottingham Forest showed the strength of the Champions’ summer additions. Julian Alvarez netted two in the second half and Erling Haaland scored a stunning 38 minute hattrick that takes him up to a ridiculous 9 goals already this campaign.
