Some Arsenal fans think Aaron Ramsdale should've saved a few penalties in their crushing shootout defeat to Sporting CP.
The Gunners crashed out of the Europa League on Thursday following their 5-3 penalty shootout defeat at the Emirates.
Gabriel Martinelli fluffed his lines from the spot as the Portuguese team booked their spot in the next round of the competition.

One Twitter user wrote: "Let’s be honest, Ramsdale should’ve saved at least a few pens there."
A second argued: "We wouldn’t have got to penalties if it wasn’t for Ramsdale."
A third added: "He’s always been terrible at penalties. I knew the minute that it went to penalties that it was over."
Another said: "Just bad luck, no need to jump on any of them. Penalties can go either way."

A fifth commented: "His penalty saving record is awful. That’s the one thing i do not like about him. I never feel confident when we go into a pen shootout that Ramsdale can make at least one save."
Ramsdale made some important saves during the 90 minutes and extra-time, but he was at fault for Sporting's equaliser.
He was chipped from distance as Pedro Goncalves produced a moment of magic to score a stunning goal.
