Former Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud could return to the Premier League, with four clubs reportedly interested in the Frenchman.

Giroud has led the line for AC Milan this season, chipping in with seven goals and four assists.

He played a crucial role in helping the Italian giants lift the Serie A title during the 2021-22 season.

Whilst he also featured for France at the World Cup, scoring the winning goal to knock England out of the quarter-finals.

But it looks as though the 36-year-old could be set for a return to the Premier League, where he spent nine years with Arsenal and Chelsea.

Giroud set for Premier League return

Whilst neither the Gunners or the Blues have shown interest in re-signing Giroud, four other London based clubs are said to have their eye on the striker, according to The Sun.

The report states that West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford could all be potential destinations.

Giroud will have particularly fond memories of Crystal Palace, scoring an exceptional scorpion kick against them at the Emirates in 2017 which saw him win the FIFA Puskas Award for goal of the year.

The Eagles are in dire need of goals this season, meanwhile West Ham are just two points adrift of the relegation zone.

He could also be tempted by a move to Craven Cottage, which would see him link up with former Chelsea team-mate Willian.

Giroud joined the Gunners in 2012, where he spent six years before making the switch to west London.

His stay in the Premier League saw him win a whopping six trophies.

During his time with Arsenal, Giroud lifted the FA Cup three times. With Chelsea, he won the FA Cup once more, the Champions League and the Europa League.

His proven Premier League experience will appeal to clubs, with his most prolific season coming in the 2015-16 campaign, when he notched 24 goals in all competitions for Arsenal.
