Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli has posted an emotional message after Brazil were eliminated from the World Cup on Friday.
Selecao went into the competition as one of the favourites to lift the trophy for a record-extending sixth time.
They breezed through the group stages, winning both of the opening games, before a defeat to Cameroon after their status on top of the group had been all but assured.

They then produced a confident display to defeat South Korea 4-1 in the last 16 stage, with all of their goals coming in the first half.
But their time in Qatar ended in disappointment, with Tite's side losing a pressurised penalty shootout to Croatia.
Neither side could break the deadlock within 90 minutes, before Neymar put Brazil ahead in the first half of extra time.
But Bruno Petkovic struck with three minutes on the clock to send the game to penalties.

And things got off to the worst possible start for Brazil, as Rodrygo's opening penalty was saved by Dominik Livakovic.
Croatia were faultless from the spot, meaning PSG defender Marquinhos had to score his nation's fourth penalty to keep them in it. But his effort hit the post, meaning Martinelli and Brazil were on their way home.

Taking to Twitter after the disappointing result, Martinelli wrote: "It's hard for me to put this into words. I am devastated that our World Cup journey ended this way.

"To all the fans who supported us, I'd like to say thank you. Hearing you all at the stadiums and watching your videos at home is something I will never forget.
"I learned a lot from this World Cup, but I know that as a country we will come back stronger."
Brazil boss Tite left his role shortly after the match, and Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte claimed that a number of players, including Martinelli, decided to make their own way out of Qatar prior to the rest of the team.
They say that the players returned to their homes in Europe, and it is unclear when or if Martinelli will join up with the majority of the Gunners squad currently in Dubai.
