Ajax star Jurrien Timber has posted and swiftly deleted a cryptic tweet amid reports Arsenal have submitted a bid for the Netherlands international.
Timber, 22, has attracted attention from the Premier League after continuing to impress for Ajax.
Arsenal have reportedly submitted a £30m bid for the versatile defender, who has also been linked with Manchester United and Liverpool.

Ajax are expected to reject that offer and seek a higher fee. The Dutch club are in a strong negotiating position as Timber still has two years left on his deal in Amsterdam.
He made 47 appearances in all competitions for Ajax last season but could look to leave this summer, with the Dutch club not competing in the Champions League next season after finish third in the Eredivisie.
The Netherlands international, who has 15 caps for his country, was spotted in London earlier this month, fuelling speculation he could be set for a move to English football.
He attended the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Manchester City on June 3 alongside his agent.
Meanwhile, Timber's girlfriend was reportedly seen house-hunting in Liverpool earlier this year amid reports linking him with the Merseyside club.

Timber's twin brother Quinten – who is also a professional footballer with Feyenoord – has confirmed Arsenal's interest in the Ajax star but admits he knows little else about the proposed move.
When asked if his brother would play for Ajax again, Timber told Dutch outlet NOS: "I don't know. At least he's not in London right now."
Timber deletes cryptic tweet
Timber added to the speculation surrounding his future by posting and then quickly deleting a one-word tweet on Thursday.

Eagle-eyed Arsenal supporters spotted he tweeted the word "thanks" to his followers on Twitter before deleting it minutes later.
It is not clear if the tweet was posted in relation to Arsenal's bid for him or if it was simply an error.
Speaking earlier this season, Timber said he was likely to leave Ajax this summer after he turning down the chance to move to Manchester United last summer.
He told De Telegraaf in April: "A transfer is getting closer and closer, so to speak. There is a lot of concrete interest and I have made agreements with Ajax.

"Last year, Ajax asked me to stay for at least one more season and to extend my contract. As a club boy I did that with love and after the season we will review the situation."
