Everton winger Anthony Gordon has told the club and manager Frank Lampard he wants to join Chelsea - but fans aren't happy with the transfer.
The 21-year-old is keen to swap Goodison Park for Stamford Bridge as he wants to play Champions League football and a chance of breaking into England's World Cup squad, per The Athletic.

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is keen to strengthen in attack and the Blues are willing to pay up to £50 million for Gordon, plus £10 million in add-ons.
A 3-0 defeat to Leeds United on Sunday leaves Chelsea 12th in the Premier League table and they're yet to sign a recognised striker following the departure of Romelu Lukaku.
They've added Raheem Sterling to their forward line, but the ex-Manchester City man is yet to open his competitive account after impressing in pre-season.

Supporters have had their say on a move for Gordon and for the price, they think it'd be a poor decision.
One person commented: "Why would we make this signing but not invest into the midfield? I'm questioning this decision rn."
Another added: "I don't think he's worth this much to be honest."
A third put: "The transfer market is officially broken."

While someone tweeted: "Please send someone in the other direction to drop the overall price. This is madness."
Personal terms between the player and Chelsea aren't expected to be an issue but the deal isn't imminent. There's also a chance it isn't completed before the September 1 deadline.
Gordon made his debut back in 2020, but it wasn't until last season he established himself as a first-team player.

He managed to score four league goals and register two assists as the Toffees narrowly escaped relegation.
Lampard, who played for Chelsea during his glittering career, spoke about Gordon following Saturday's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest and referred to his own development without discussing the ongoing transfer situation.
He explained per The Independent: "At 20 years of age I wouldn’t have got into a modern-day Chelsea team with the way I was playing. I would probably have had to go there and find my way into the team.
"I wasn’t feeling as confident to rack up big numbers until I was in my low to mid-twenties – 23, 24 and onwards.

"It is a process, and players absolutely can improve on it by working time and time again, recreating situations and positions to get better at it.
"The more they see that works, the more confident they get and the better players they become.
"We work on it all the time. It is a general thing we work on with attacking players."
Everton are currently without first-choice striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin through injury and sold Richarlison to Tottenham Hotspur earlier this summer.
Gordon has three years remaining on his contract and his attitude isn't expected to be an issue if a transfer doesn't materialise.
Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur also registered interest earlier this summer, but were rebuffed.
