Last summer, James Milner showed off his sensational running stats from pre-season training and we still aren't over them.
The 36-year-old signed a contract extension with Liverpool on Monday and it means he'll be playing in his 21st Premier League season come August.

He featured 39 times this campaign and helped the Reds to a Carabao and FA Cup double.
To do all that the wrong side of 30 is impressive and you'll need an insane training regime to keep up with your teammates. Luckily, that's exactly what Milner's got.
The three-time Premier League winner clocked in a 5.5 mile run in just under 35 minutes, which is no mean feat.

Fans on social media reacted to his post and they were stunned.
One fan compared his own time and stated: "5.5 miles in 34 mins. I could only do that when I was 20. Well done, old timer."
Another added: "You are an outstanding role model to the younger players. Absolute machine."
While a third simply said, "Nah, this is actually insane."

It's easy to understand why Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp wants to keep Milner around.
His experience plus conduct on and off the pitch is an example for all to follow and he can still put in a shift at key moments.
Milner's old deal was set to expire at the end of this month and he had other offers in England as well as one from overseas.

He's chosen to extend his stay on Merseyside though and he's now spent more time with Liverpool than any other club.
"I'm very pleased to be staying for another season," Milner told Liverpool's official website. "I have never taken playing for this club for granted and I never will.
"An overriding feeling for me - and a vitally important one in the process - was the belief I can still contribute to the team. The gaffer was clear what he thought and that was a big factor in me extending my contract.

"Now this is signed, I'm already looking forward to getting back with everyone, refocusing and going again. It's a brilliant dressing room to be part of."
Milner's new deal is said to have been pushed for by Klopp and he's signed on reduced terms.
Liverpool will find out their fixtures for 2022/23 as well as their first opponents on June 16.
