Alexis Mac Allister had his wondergoal controversially ruled out following a VAR review amid the slate of issues on Saturday.

And the controversy surrounding VAR has now spilled into Sunday's clash between Brighton and Leicester City.
Mac Allister thought he had put his team back in front after striking a sublime effort into the back of the net.
But after reviewing the goal on VAR, match referee Tony Harrington overturned the decision because Enock Mwepu was in an offside in the build-up.
Needless to say, the latest VAR controversy sent social media wild - with Ian Wright calling for it to be binned.

Despite the decision going his team's way, Gary Lineker also slammed VAR.
One Twitter user wrote: "Get rid of VAR forever."

A second tweeted: "Ruining the beautiful game.."
A third added: "Absolutely robbery. The officials just want to be controversial and the centre of attention at this point, ruining perfectly good games of football."
Another commented: "Everything wrong with VAR as fans nobody wants that ruled out. Not one player appealed for it to be offside."
The decision to rule out Mac Allister's goal didn't prove crucial as Brighton went onto score three goals to beat Leicester 5-2.

Leandro Trossard put them back in the lead, with Mac Allister eventually getting on the score-sheet after converting his penalty.
The Argentine then curled home a stunning free-kick in injury time to cap off a big win.
