Max Verstappen and George Russell have shocked Formula 1 fans as a new photo from the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has emerged amid their bitter row.

Ahead of Sunday's race, the drivers went for an end-of-year dinner as Lando Norris made a light-hearted joke at the Verstappen vs. Russell feud.
The drivers also gathered for a traditional GPDA End of Season assembly as fans all made the same point.
Verstappen and Russell can be seen next to each other in the picture despite their public spat, sending F1 fans on social media into meltdown.
One X user joked: "George and Max look like they have been told to kneel next to each other like feuding siblings putting on a united front for a grandparent picture."

A second wrote: "How is Max next to Russell LMAO."
A third added: "They were forced to talk it out."
Team principals Christian Horner and Toto Wolff have also weighed in on the Verstappen and Russell beef.
The Red Bull chief said: "Max is a very straight-shooter. He tells the truth, exactly what he feels. I believe 100% what he said to be accurate.

"A lot has been made of it yesterday. It is pantomime season, we are getting ready for Christmas, so maybe there is an element of end-of-term blues there."
As for the Mercedes team principal, Wolff called out Horner, describing him as a 'yapping little terrier, always something to say'.
To which Horner replied: "Toto is quite dramatic as we all know. Toto likes to talk a lot but that is the way it is. There is sort of a love-hate relationship where Toto loves to hate me.
"The great thing about terriers is that they are tremendously loyal. To be called a terrier, is that such a bad thing? They are not afraid of having a go at the bigger dogs. I’d rather be a terrier than a wolf maybe."
