Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris shared a brief exchange in the cooldown room after the Hungarian Grand Prix - and it has got fans talking.
Norris finished second at the Hungaroring behind team-mate Oscar Piastri, having let him through in the closing laps.
Piastri had led the majority of the race, but McLaren's decision to pit Norris first for the final set of stops to cover cars behind - therefore giving him the undercut - led them to ask the Brit to let his team-mate back through.

After a back-and-forth saga on team radio that lasted around 10 laps, Norris did eventually slow to allow Piastri to overtake.
Although he praised the Australian after the race, his answer to Sky Sports F1 after the incident appeared to indicate his true feelings on the issue itself.
Once they both entered the cooldown room, third-placed finisher Hamilton started up a conversation with Norris - and the exchange caused plenty of reaction on social media.

Hamilton began by noting how quick the McLaren drivers were around the Hungaroring circuit, to which Norris smiled before replying: "Yeah, you had a fast car about seven years ago, mate."
Hamilton then laughed before stating: "Seven years ago is a long time!"
But Norris said: "Yeah well, you had a quick car, you made the most of it, and now it's us."
"I wasn't complaining, I was complimenting your car," Hamilton replied.

Norris' second place means he closes the gap to championship leader Max Verstappen to 76 points with half of the 2024 season over.

Verstappen, who finished in fifth place, will visit the stewards following a collision with Hamilton, who is not under investigation, late in the race.
For Hamilton, this is his third podium in four races after he won the British Grand Prix and finished third in Spain, with Mercedes now back to being regular contenders for the top places after a challenging start to the season.
