Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner dismissed "anonymous speculation" following the distribution of alleged evidence in his misconduct investigation.
Red Bull confirmed that the 'grievance' made against Horner has been dismissed on Wednesday following the conclusion of the team's investigation.
A statement issued from Red Bull stated: "The independent investigation into the allegations made against Mr Horner is complete, and Red Bull can confirm that the grievance has been dismissed. The complaint has a right of appeal.

"The investigation report is confidential and contains the private information of the parties and third parties who assisted in the investigation, and therefore we will not be commenting further out of respect for all concerned.
"Red Bull will continue striving to meet the highest workplace standards."
Following the decision there have been alleged leaks of the evidence against the 50-year-old that have been distributed online.
Horner issued a statement on Thursday afternoon in response to the alleged leaks.

The statement from Horner reads: "I won't comment on anonymous speculation, but to reiterate, I have always denied the allegations. I respected the integrity of the independent investigation and fully cooperated with it every step of the way. It was a thorough and fair investigation conducted by an independent specialist barrister and it has concluded, dismissing the complaint made."
Horner has always strongly denied the allegations against him.
