Peter Wright has revealed what Luke Humphries told him after he sensationally knocked the reigning champion out of the World Darts Championship.
Wright defeated world number one Humphries 4-1 in the fourth round at Alexandra Palace on Sunday night.
It was an incredible display from 'Snakebite', who averaged over 100 and recorded a checkout percentage of exactly 70 per cent.

He managed to go 2-1 up in sets before forcing a decider in the fourth on Humphries' throw.
The 54-year-old would then force a break to go 3-1 up after hitting double 20.
The Scot followed that up by hitting the bullseye in the first leg of set five before then breaking the reigning champion again to effectively end Humphries' challenge.
Wright has had, at times, a difficult two years on the PDC tour, and even since winning his second world crown back in 2022.

But this was a reminder to fans that he still has exactly what it takes to take on the very best when he's on form, having shown encouraging signs of a return to form in his 4-2 win over Jermaine Wattimena on Friday.
Wright appeared to be emotional after the match following a lengthy embrace with Humphries, who is still comfortably in position as world number one but has lost his status as defending champion.
Although it wasn't clear what the Cheshire-based player told him, Wright cleared it up in his post-match interview.

'Snakebite' explained: "Yeah he was just saying that the media get carried away with silly comments. He said that he didn't say the things that it actually came across like.
"I said, 'Luke, exactly the same. That is just the way it goes sometimes'. He wished me all the best.
"He's a lovely guy, a real family guy, and I wish him all the best moving forward.
"He's a fantastic world champion, he's done everything for the PDC and for the sport. He goes all around the world doing interviews and stuff like Luke Littler has. They've been spreading the game fantastically."

Elsewhere at Ally Pally, 2021 champion Gerwyn Price defeated Jonny Clayton 4-2 to reach the last 16, while fellow Welshman Robert Owen beat Ricky Evans 4-2 to secure his tour card for next season and also make it through to the fifth round.
