The 17-year-old trailed 3-1 but drew level with an incredible 125 checkout.
He nailed the bullseye with his first dart before hitting the outer bull, then finished with another bullseye in a moment of magic.
His remarkable checkout stunned the commentators and even prompted an embrace between the players on the oche.
Littler eventually secured a 6-4 victory - his first in his debut year on the roadshow.

The win leaves him in second place in the Premier League table, four points behind Humphries, who has won three nights.
Van Gerwen and Aspinall round off the top four.
After the result, Littler said: "I'm happy to win, it's my first one.
"But as people may have seen, I've changed my throw to just take that little bit of extra time and then release the next two."

The teenage phenom added: "I've put more practice in, and it's paid off.
"Sometimes I'm rushing and then obviously I put more practice in tonight and it's paid off. You take that little bit more time before I release my next dart.
"I had a good practice game with Rob Cross before we came out tonight, we both had over 100 average, and I said to Rob 'cheers for the game'. But it got me up for it and I practised well and I'm glad I brought it on here."
Littler resumes his Premier League campaign next Thursday in Manchester when he takes on Van Gerwen in a quarter-final clash.
