Damon Heta has broken his silence with an official statement after being snubbed for the 2025 Premier League darts line-up.
Darts has recaptured the nation's attention for the second year running after Luke Littler avenged his 2024 defeat to become the youngest Darts world champion ever.
Littler will now turn his attention to retaining the Premier League, which he won on debut last year.

After an image featuring eight silhouettes had fans guessing on who would be present, the official line-up was released live on Sky Sports News on Monday afternoon.
Stephen Bunting, Chris Dobey, and Nathan Aspinall were all included after impressive runs in the World Championship, with former world champions Michael Smith and Peter Wright snubbed.
Other notable omissions include Gary Anderson, Jonny Clayton, Dave Chisnall, and Damon Heta.

Heta responds to Premier League snub
Following major fan reaction, Heta, who sits 8th in the PDC order of merit, released a statement addressing the news on social media.
"Well as usual there’s a lot of of strong feelings surrounding the PL pickings (I don’t trend very often )," he began on X.

"I wasn’t expecting to be picked in the PL & I know I wasn’t even in the talks with the board for it but I appreciate every single one of you who put me in their lineup & had faith I was going to be there.
"I didn’t move to England to play PL & I have been pretty open about that over the years. If it happens one day it happens but I’ll continue to work hard & what will be will be," He concluded.
Heta was one of the surprise packages of 2024 and capped off his impressive year with a sensational nine-darter during the world championships.
