Raheem Sterling has penned a heartfelt message to Manchester City supporters, confirming his exit from the club this week.
The England international forward will bring an end to his seven-year stay with the reigning Premier League champions.
Sterling - who joined the club from Liverpool in 2015 - is set to join Chelsea ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Writing on social media on Wednesday afternoon, the Manchester City forward penned a heartfelt message to supporters on his exit from the club, and thanking fans for their continued support across the past seven years.
Sterling has said, "Seven seasons. Eleven major trophies. A lifetime of memories.
"To the coaching staff who have played a massive role in my development over the years, to my teammates who have become more than just those I share a pitch with, to the backroom staff, to the office staff, to the fans who have tirelessly supported the team, and everyone involved with Manchester City, my respect for you couldn't be greater.

"What a ride it's been."
The statement continues, "I am thankful for the ups and downs, as it's the downs that have, at times, tested my strength and resolve, and enabled me to stand here in front of you as the best possible version of myself.
"I arrived in Manchester a 20 year-old.

"It's been an honour to wear the shirt of Manchester City."
The 27 year-old is on the verge of being announced as a new player of Chelsea.

Stamford Bridge officials agreed a £47.5 million fee for Sterling with Manchester City, with the player expected to become one of the top-three highest earners in the English top-flight.
Sterling flew to Los Angeles on Tuesday night, ahead of meeting his new teammates and starting pre-season with Thomas Tuchel's side.
In the Premier League, Raheem Sterling is not set to meet again with Manchester City until the new calendar year, as the two sides go head-to-head for the first time after the World Cup in Qatar.
