Manchester City have announced that Rodri has become the latest first-team player to sign a new long-term deal.
The Premier League Champions have tied another member of Pep Guardiola's squad to a new contract, with Rodri penning a three-year deal, keeping the Spaniard at the Etihad Stadium until 2027.
Rodri, who has won five trophies - including two Premier League titles since his £60 million move from Atletico Madrid in 2019 - played an integral role in the Blues' latest title triumph.

The Spain midfielder made 46 appearances and 45 starts for Manchester City last season, taking over from veteran Fernandinho in the central defensive midfield role.
The 26 year-old scored seven league goals and registered six assists last campaign, notably scoring the winner against Arsenal on New Years' Day and the equaliser against Aston Villa on the final day of the season.
Rodri's new long-term contract comes despite the Champions signing Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United for £42 million this summer - one of four new additions to Pep Guardiola's squad.
Erling Haaland, Julian Alvarez and goalkeeper Stefan Ortega have also completed transfers to the Etihad Stadium, with Manchester City kicking off their title defence away to West Ham United at the London Stadium next month.
