Manchester City have unveiled their brand new third shirt for the 2022/2023 season early, in a leak on their official club app.
Fans of the Premier League champions have already been treated to two exemplary editions for the club's home and away strips this season.

As for the newly-released away shirt, Puma and Manchester City designers have put together a modern day twist on the popular red and black stripe design of years gone by.
But when it comes to the club's new third kit, the release is almost certainly set to split opinion amongst supporters.

Manchester City have already confirmed that the brand new kit is set to be officially released and made available for purchase on Thursday 4th August.
However, ahead of the official launch from the club, Manchester City have unveiled the brand new shirt on their mobile app.
The leaked promotion from Manchester City features the new shirt modelled by players from both Pep Guardiola's senior men's first-team squad, as well as the club's women's team.

Kalvin Phillips and Ruben Dias don the new strip in style, while they stand alongside midfielder, Laura Coombs.
There is every possibility that Manchester City could debut the brand new shirt this weekend.
Pep Guardiola's Premier League champions travel to face West Ham on the opening weekend of the English top-flight season.
In the same fixture last campaign, Manchester City wore their controversial - and badge-less - third shirt at the London Stadium.
However, it is more likely that City will begin the new season in their hugely popular home shirt against David Moyes' side.

Upon the launch of the home kit in late May, the shirt became the club's most successful kit launch to date.
Record sales were made on the first day of the kits release, while quite fittingly, one of the top 10 names requested for shirt printing on Thursday was ‘Bell 8’.
