The flying form of Joao Cancelo at left-back made it next-to impossible for the 25-year-old to break back into the team and ended up only making 15 Premier League appearances last season.
Re-united with former City assistant coach, Mikel Arteta, Zinchenko is expected to be utilised in his more natural central midfield role - seen regularly with the Ukraine National Team.
Ahead of his move to the Emirates, the midfielder-turned-full-back has spoke to the club's official website for the final time on a multitude of topics.
